Often an organization finds itself searching for ways to address low retention, low morale, low productivity, or a rise in incidents and accidents within the ranks of its workforce.

This can lead to healthy changes in an organization.

However, another leadership seminar or refresher course in the organization’s mission/vision statement will not successfully address these issues.

The YATI answer is to equip individuals with the skills to recognize their own strengths and the ability to recognize, appreciate and encourage the strength of others; to empower them with the freedom and vision to develop their own personal and positive mission/vision statement.
