Randall R. Booher’s book, “You Are The Issue”, is written with clarity and profound simplicity.  Booher’s uncomplicated style makes for easy, yet insightful reading and is wonderfully illustrated. It is a must read for anyone who is serious about wanting their life to count for something that is good.  A book with a rugged backbone much like its author.

I am very excited about this book.  You Are The Issue is an excellent addition to any personal development effort.  Mr Booher provides a great analogy that resonates with the reader and helps one become aware of the baggage that all of us often unknowingly carry around along our path each day.  More importantly, he provides a simple approach to help us stop and assess the things we are carrying around and then guides us to do something about it.  I am an executive coach. I provide a copy of this book to every client at the beginning of our coaching engagement. It sets the stage.
